Matthew 7:24-29

When disaster strikes, what you built up is only as strong as what you laid down.  In this world disaster and storms of life are a reality for all of us.  Let's be careful not to jump to moralizing about it, but understand that the storms reveal what our lives are truly built upon.  Jesus calls us to go beyond just simply believing and challenges us to practice what he preaches because he is revealing himself as the solid Rock laid down for us.
